What's new for me in 2024 and coming up in 2025? More Farthingales, more Moonstone Landing stories, and a brand new series called The Silver Dukes that features dashing dukes entering their forties who have acquired a little silver in their hair, and the lovely spinsters who will steal their hearts. I'm hoping to add another Book of Love story and another Moonstone Landing story in 2025, but nothing firm on that yet. I will be releasing in 2025 some lighthearted novellas that were previously a part of various connected series with other authors and have now reverted back to me. These short reads are as sweet as bits of candy, fun and lighthearted. Whether you are transported to Cornwall's seacoast where battle-scarred heroes find love and healing with their heroines in the Moonstone Landing series, or London where the Farthingales run amok (in the Farthingales series and Book of Love series), or dare to visit the Lake District where Fae and Dragon Lords roam the fells in the Dark Gardens series, I hope you find something to love among these books.
I'll also be attending two major conferences in 2025, so if you are in the area, please visit me at the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books on April 26-27, 2025 at the University of Southern California and Book Lovers Conference in Las Vegas at the Paris Hotel on May 15-17, 2025. You'll also find me posting about other events as I add them to my Facebook author page, so please follow me there if you would like to know more.
My full length books released or releasing in 2024 are: Marigold and the Marquess and The Make-Believe Marriage in the Farthingale series, Cherish and the Duke and Moonlight and the Duke in the Silver Dukes series, The Moonstone Hero and the Moonstone Pirate in the Moonstone Landing series. I also had several novellas that came out of their anthologies or will soon come out on their own that include Once Upon A Haunted Cave (from Dragonblade's very popular 2023 Halloween anthology - deliciously spooky and romantic), Moonstone Mermaid (wounded hero James finds his very own mermaid Verity Angel swimming in a hidden tidal pool and falls in love with this shy bluestocking in this latest Moonstone Landing series novella). That story can still be found in the Hot Duke Summer anthology currently available on Amazon. I'll also be releasing A Love Letter In Amelia's Reticule, where charming and adorable wallflower Amelia finds a love letter in her reticule during the Duke of Marston's house party and goes to him for help in finding the young lady it must have been meant for, because it certainly can't have been meant for her, can it? And is it possible the handsome duke himself is the one who wrote it? The Earl of Hawke was in the Wicked Earls latest anthology, and has now reverted to me. It is a hilariously romantic story where Silas, Earl of Hawke, has promised to look after his best friend's sister Mariah (who's middle name happens to be Wren) during her London debut. She's a spitfire and their banter will have you laughing out loud. Hawke calls her by the pet name of Birdie. Is there any doubt the lovely wren will capture the heart of this hawk?
The romances I write are Regency era fiction, but the themes are timeless and universal. They are about the importance of family, of finding one's inner strength, of forgiveness and kindness, and the enchantment of romance.
Love Always,
"My Fair Lily is a bona fide page-turner, a delightful Regency historical romance that will leave you clamoring for
more from this exciting debut author."
